1988-1992. He was the director of the Hungarian National Ballet, the ballet company of the Hungarian State Opera. 

1992. He organized the Summer Opera- and Ballet Festival (Budafest)

2001-2005. He was the director of the Ballet Pécs. 

Since the 1. of August, 2005: He has been the director of the Hungarian National Ballet, the ballet company of the Hungarian State Opera. 

2008. He created the light design of La Bayadere (Minkus-Petipa-Muchamedov)
