* All timings are subject to change.
** The hotel fee included in the All Inclusive Package is valid for the period between 3 and 24 July. For those who are arriving earlier and/or leaving later, please let us know so that we can let the hotel know of the extra days and ensure that there is availability. Fees for the extra days are payable to the hotel directly.

  • Competition Awards are announced and personally awarded immediately at the conclusion of the Performance Showcase
  • Internships and Scholarships will be awarded privately at a mutually agreeable time as arranged between Directors and dancers of choice. Decision makers may arrive prior to the Final Showcase and attend classes and rehearsals at their convenience.
