The baritone/bass-baritone singer was born in Kazakhstan in 1991. He obtained his bachelor's degree at the National University of Arts of Kazakhstan, then his master's degree in 2019, and from 2018 to 2021 he also studied for a master's degree at the Liszt Ferenc Music Academy. As an exchange student, he took classes at the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome, as well as participated in Paolo Bosisio's opera dramaturgy master classes at the University of Milan.
He has performed in many countries and won recognition at competitions such as the Maria Bieșu and Bibigul Tulegenova International Opera Competitions, and was also a laureate of the 2nd Éva Marton International Singing Competition in 2016. He is currently a guest artist at the Hungarian State Opera and the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan.
His repertoire mainly includes baritone/bass-baritone roles in romantic and verist operas: Eugene Onegin, Marquis Posa (Don Carlo), Nabucco, Amonasro (Aida), Count Luna (Il trovatore), Germont (La Traviata), Mustafa/Taddeo (L’Italiana in Algeri) Figaro (Il barbiere di Siviglia), Escamillo (Carmen), Sharpless (Madama Butterfly), Marcello/Schaunard (La Boheme), Scarpia (Tosca).
The artist has performed at numerous concerts in quite a few countries around the world, including Italy, Germany, France and Hungary.
