Referring to an earlier statement by the Opera, due to the vis maior situation, the institute can refund tickets and subscriptions for cancelled performances mainly in the form of vouchers.
The issuing of the vouchers begins through the Opera website as of 4 May 2020 and ends on 31 December 2020. Following the registration of already purchased tickets and subscriptions, customers get a voucher code that can be online (and as soon as it is possible, in person) until 30 June 2020. The new season programme allows customers to attend productions that were cancelled, but the vouchers are also valid when purchasing subscriptions or buying tickets to any other performances.
The programme of The French Muse Season will be published on the new website of the Opera on 1 June.
Subscription renewal for subscription holders is possible online, by phone or e-mail starting with 1 June 2020. As a new measure introduced due to the national emergency, the seats of subscription holders will be reserved until 31 August 2020 (unless instructed by the subscription holders otherwise).
New subscriptions can be purchased online, by phone or e-mail between 17 June and 31 August 2020.
Tickets for the 2020/21 season will become available while the subscription sale period is still on, starting with 1 July 2020.

As of present, in accordance with government regulations, tickets and subscriptions cannot be purchased in person. Nevertheless, the Opera hopes that when the regulations regarding the epidemic ease in summer, the sales team can be of service of customers in person again.
