He was born in San Giovanni Rotondo in Italy. He finished guitar studies and began singing lessons with soprano Rosa Ricciotti that continued with soprano Amelia Felle. He has developed his singing studies with Maestro Vincenzo Scalera, soprano Montserrat Caballé and tenor Giuseppe Giacomini. He has worked as a fixed chorus singer of the Theatre Umberto Giordano Choir in Foggia where he began singing principal and secondary roles, most of them already recorded on CD and or DVD (e.g. Malavita by Giordano, Cavalleria Rusticana by Leoncavallo and Pagliacci by Mascagni). He has worked with internationally renowned singers, conductors and stage directors like Giuseppe Giacomini, Grace Bumbry, Chiara Taigi, Guillaume Tourniaire, Montebello, Benini, De Mauri, Finzi, Mario Gas, Alberto Cupido, Bruna Baglioni, Ines Salazar, Carlos Álvarez, Franco Farina, Giacomo Prestia and others. He has sung in theaters like Gran Teatre del Liceu in Barcelona, Teatro Monumental and Auditorio Nacional in Madrid, Auditorio de Zaragoza and many other places. He is a singer of oratorio as well: Mozart's and Verdi's Requiem, Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle. Principal opera roles: Arlecchino (Pagliacci), Jacob Smitz and Tobby Higgins (Ascent and fall of the city of Mahagonny), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), Alfredo (La traviata), Pollione (Norma), Pinkerton (Madama Butterfly), Mario Cavaradossi (Tosca), Rodolfo (La bohéme), Don José (Carmen).
