She was born in Mezőtúr in 1977. She began her singing studies at the Béla Bartók Secondary School of Music, Békéscsaba. In 1996, she was admitted to Mária Toldy's musical studio where her singing teacher was Judit Kővári. A year later she joined the Choir of the Hungarian Radio, and later the National Choir. In the latter company she worked with such outstanding masters as Kobayashi Ken-Ichiro, Zoltán Kocsis and György Solti. In 1998, she was admitted to the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, where she studied with Éva Andor and Balázs Kovalik. She was a permanent guest singer of the Miskolc National Theatre for four seasons, where she sang, among others, the title role of Carmen, and Nicklausse in Les contes d'Hoffmann. She made her debut at the Hungarian State Opera in October 2006 as Maddalena in Rigoletto.
Principal roles: Carmen, Olga (Eugene Onegin), Cherubino, Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Rosina (Il barbiere di Siviglia) and Octavian (Der Rosenkavalier).
