The soprano, born in the region ofCsallóköz (Žitný ostrov), sang her first opera solo at the age of 21 on the stage of the National Theatre of Győr. In 2008, she was accepted to the Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music in Budapest, where shegraduated in 2013 as a student under Magda Nádor. Sheparticipated in the master’s courses held by Sylvia Sass, Éva Marton, and Júlia Hamari.
Since then, the audience has had a chance to seeher in numerous opera and operetta performances,such as Mozart: Le nozze di Figaro (Susanna),Die Zauberflöte (Pamina), DonGiovanni (Zerlina), Puccini: La bohème (Musetta), Gluck: Orfeo ed Euridice (Euridice), Kacsóh: János vitéz (French princess). She has also participated in a numberof contemporary Hungarian and foreign world premieres. Ágnes Molnár has sung in famous concert hallssuch as Carnegie Hall in New York (AldoFinzi: Serenata al vento), the Forbidden CityConcert Hall in Beijing, Teatro Verdi inTrieste, and Teatro Verdi in Pisa, where she performed alongside Andrea Bocelli.She is a recurring soloist for Hungary’s leading orchestras(Hungarian Radio Symphony Orchestra, Hungarian National Philharmonic, MÁV Symphony Orchestra).
She debuted at the Hungarian State Operawith the role of Papagena in 2014.
