On 23 May, the Seregi Prize was awarded to Jiří Kylián. The award ceremony was preceded by the opening of The Month of Dance at the Erkel Theatre.

The Seregi Prize was awarded for the third time on 23 May, 2015. The prize was founded to honour members of the active choreographers' generation as well as to commemorate the internationally renowned artist László Seregi (who passed away in 2012). This year, the recipient of the prize is Jiří Kylián, one of the greatest choreographers of our time. The career of the Czech artist unrolled in Western Europe. His choreographies are on stage in May alone in several countries from Belgium to New Zealand.

His choreographies entitled Sarabande and Falling Angels are presented by the Hungarian National Ballet in the next season.
