Opera Gala with the Artists of the Hungarian State Opera Chorus
Details
In Brief
For many years, the Hungarian State Opera has contributed to the success of the Anna Ball, one of Hungary's most distinguished social occasions, a tradition that has continued uninterrupted for more than two centuries. In keeping with tradition, the first day's programme sees members of the OPERA Chorus invite audiences in Balatonfüred on a musical journey through centuries of Hungarian and international opera. Apart from popular excerpts performed with piano accompaniment, the concert also features a selection of rarely heard gems. From 2026 onwards, the event will take place at its new venue, the Kisfaludy Stage.
